On behalf of our therapists, thank you for visiting Well Life Counseling. Life is challenging and change can be difficult. We know this as therapists, and we know this as someone who has been on the other side of the couch before. So, we have tremendous respect for you in taking this initial step in healing and finding personal growth.
We specialize in people and individuals, not in stigmatizing language or labels. Our approach is strength-based and positive. We’re not here to fix you from a point of deficit. We’re here to help you identify, strengthen, and transform the skills that you already possess into powerful resources. Our Therapists are trained to utilize modalities such, CBT, DBT, SFT, and Motivational Interviewing, however, our approach is eclectic and tailored to meet your unique needs, not a specific modality.
The Therapist-Client relationship is based on mutual commitments. You can expect us to be transparent, committed, and to provide the highest standard care of evidence-based treatment.
